1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gold Enterprises website (the "Site") or placing an order through any of our channels including WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of India to use this Site or place an order with us.
3. Account & Information
If you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity carried out using your account.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Gold Enterprises. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability of stock. Orders placed via WhatsApp are confirmed only after written acknowledgement from our team.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and cash on delivery for selected pin codes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days through reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed and undamaged items in original packaging.
- Custom-printed apparel, engraved equipment and sale items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Gold Enterprises name, logo, product images, text, graphics and the compilation thereof — is the property of Gold Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
9. Product Information
We strive to display product colours, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting and manufacturer updates. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Gold Enterprises or its customers.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
